40 years of experience in toolmaking
now digitally measurable

Since 1985, Bogner has built tools and produced precision parts in stamping technology. Over decades, a traditional toolmaking operation has evolved into a technologically leading stamping manufacturer. This development is not just history—it is a decisive everyday advantage: machines, systems, processes, and teams are coordinated and continuously improved.

Technological expansion has been consistent—from the first Bihler RM40 machines and the growth of progressive die expertise and high-performance stamping presses to NC-controlled Bihler technology from 2009 onward and further investments in high-performance equipment. Between 2022 and 2025, digitalization, a new Bihler MC82, and a new HSC milling machine Mill S600u were added. The result is a setup that combines precision, speed, and series capability—exactly what you expect from a modern tool manufacturer.

Digitalized stamping technology
for transparency, quality, and fast response

In many projects, process stability determines whether series production runs smoothly. That is why Bogner relies on digitalized manufacturing processes with real-time data and integrated quality assurance. Relevant information on tool data, machine status, and quality and process parameters is available in production at all times—creating transparency and keeping changes under control.

Automated series production is designed for repeat accuracy and process reliability. Material feeding, setup and workflow processes, part separation, and box changes run automatically. Integrated measurement programs inspect directly within the production flow. Production data is captured digitally, evaluated automatically, and used in manufacturing, quality assurance, and work preparation. Deviations are detected early, keeping the series stable.
