We manufacture precision components, modules and assembly parts on Bihler stamping and bending presses and on the latest high-performance stamping presses. Our in-house production also extends to thread tapping, welding, riveting and touch welding. On request, we can also have formed components coated to order. The components are supplied loose or in strip form. We can also have items automatically packed in trays, blister packs, etc., according to the customer's specifications.

In addition to the familiar forming method of production, we specialise in assembling complex modules (composite plastic technology) including micro-components. We can also offer economic solutions for sample parts and small-scale production runs. The full range of our in-house knowledge and experience is fully at the service of our customers when developing their assemblies – providing support from the prototype stage through to series production.

The stamping machines employed at Bogner can be sub-divided into two areas:

Follow-on composite machines:
For that we use Bruderer high-performance stamping presses. Bending and assembly machines: We have 18 accurate Bihler stamping and bending presses and multicentre presses. The pressing force of our machines ranges between 200 and 800 kN. We can handle material thicknesses of between 0.04 and 2.0 mm.
